For the 2024/2025 school year, Excel Academy will once again be able to offer ALL Students Breakfast & Lunch at no cost under the Healthy School Meals for All, or HSMA, government program, approved by Colorado Voters in 2022!
Due to regulations of the reimbursement program, we require you to sign your children up for breakfast and/or lunch by using a google document. This way, not only will we have the correct amount of breakfast & lunch servings for those who request it, but it gives Excel Academy the needed checks and balances to ensure the proper reimbursement from the government program.
Excel Academy is required to PRE- ORDER one week in advance of the delivery week. For example, if you want your child(ren) to have school lunch the first week of school, August 14-16, you will need to fill out our order forms by Sunday, August 4th. We will place our Breakfast & Lunch order on August 5th for the first week of school.
To make it easier on you, during the school year, we release each month's ordering form about half way through the previous month. That way you can order the full month all at one time.
Use the links provided below to place your order. Once you have completed the order form, a confirmation email will be sent to you from Google Forms, not Excel Academy, to the address you enter into the form. If you do not see it, please look in your spam, social or promotions tab.
When ordering please be sure to order under your student(s) name and grade. If you have more than one student, please fill out one response form for each student.

Excel Academy Charter School is partnering with My Kid's Lunch and CharterChoice Collaborative (SFA) to provide healthy school breakfast and lunch for our students in 2023-2024.

Families please complete the Combination Form online if you feel like you may qualify for Free & Reduced. If a family has qualified, please forward the approval letter to our Business Manager Keri Lee so she can waive the fees. All fees are waived except for Bonus Learning, fines, and sports. Local field trip costs will be waived as well. Her email is [email protected].
Certain fees, local field trip costs, are waived for families that are approved through the Combination Form.***
